📦 Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all jadeite jewelry sales are final.
Each piece is made with natural jadeite, which means color, texture, and internal patterns may vary slightly from item to item. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry items once delivered.
🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Jewelry items (including necklaces, bracelets, rings, and pendants)
• Sale or discounted items
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items damaged due to improper use or care
💳 Refunds (If Approved)
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
